We are looking for someone to run our Test Center under construction in Norway. This is an exciting role where the right candidate can join in building up a Battery test center. The Test Center shall ensure that the batteries meet international standards and customer specifications for performance, durability, reliability, and safety.
Nemko’s main focus is to provide Market access for our customer's products. The Battery area is one of the fastest evolving sectors concerning materials and international regulations. Every year more countries realize the real hazard from Lithium-Ion Batteries and introduce their own specification to safeguard their people. Our job in this Maze of regulations is to guide our customers and test-/ certify their products to gain Market Access.
Nemko has already 2 Battery test centres located in Taiwan and India. Nemko is a certification body for the largest international certification scheme. The CB-Scheme.
We are looking for an energetic, flexible, independent, and proactive professional who is structured and self-going. The position will require flexibility collaborating with colleagues globally in different time zones.
Nemko moved into new and top modern premises in Philip Pedersen’s vei 11 at Lysaker in the spring of 2019. The position entails some travel activity. The position reports to the Vice President Energy & Environment.
The Manager report to the General Manager Nemko Scandinavia and will be located in the Nemko Head Quarter just outside Oslo, Norway
