Live online course: IoT cybersecurity
Product design to meet upcoming requirements for CE marking
The EU introduces requirements for documented cyber security to be able to CE mark products
There has been, and still is, some uncertainty about the various schemes that have been launched, such as the Cyber Security Act, the Cyber Resilience Act, cybersecurity requirements in the Radio Equipment Directive, the EUCC and the need for a Notified Body, to name a few.
Nemko is therefore organizing a 1-day course where we will go through the main features of the upcoming requirements and how these can be met in an efficient way, both for manufacturers, importers and other actors.
We start by reviewing the requirements at an overall level, regarding CE marking etc. before we delve more into the technical details of the most used standard for IoT products to date; ETSI EN 303 645. We will do a small workshop to get the requirements a little more under the skin before we take a look at the draft of the upcoming standards for CE marking. The day ends with a Q&A session and the distribution of course certificates.
Although we will go into some technical details, the majority of the course will be relevant to anyone with an interest in cybersecurity.

Not a webinar!
We all get tired from watching only a continuous stream of PowerPoints, so we will make the day as varied as possible with personal speakers, quizzes, workshops, and Q&A – and yes, some PowerPoints as well. Also, we encourage more people to sit together to watch – that will always enhance the experience.
Pay for one – bring your whole team!
With one ticket, your whole team may join in together without stretching your budget. Truth be told, it is much more interesting to participate in sitting together as well as more effective when being able to discuss the topics with your colleagues.
Didn’t get all the answers?
In a group of several participants, it may be difficult to answer all questions, and maybe also you do not want to share information about your product in public. No worries, each ticket comes with a complimentary 1-hour individual video meeting where we can focus on your questions and your product. That 1-hour may easily be worth the fee!
Play it again, Sam!
If you are unable to sit in the entire day or want to replay some parts, that is no problem, as you will get access to a recording of the entire day, divided into manageable sections. You may even share it with colleagues who did not participate in the course.
Lunch?
We are sorry we are not able to offer any snacks, but we will have breaks just like in any other course, including a lunch break. For those having their lunch in front of the screen, we will try to put together some entertainment as well.
