Introduction to Sanitation Field Evaluations

A Sanitation Field Evaluation is an inspection of unlisted/uncertified equipment done in the field to the corresponding food safety standards. The scope of the inspection includes a review of cleanability, materials acceptability for food contact surfaces, and proper spacing and clearances. During this webinar, you will learn the differences between listing and evaluations, how to prepare for an evaluation and what to expect during the evaluation process.
